Our first guest today is Connie St. John, president of the St. John Consulting Group and Founder/CEO of No Weapon Productions (NWP), a company that specializes in family-friendly film and television programming, along with stage plays and other live events that feature no gratuitous sex, profanity, or violence. Through both companies, Connie and her teams use entertainment and other innovative techniques to create life change for individuals, strengthen corporations and nonprofits, and address social issues like bullying.

This is performed by high school students and middle school students, where bullying is statistically the worst. During election years, NWP’s The Debate Project™ targets 18-24-year-olds to educate them through informal debates about hot-button topics.
