Many people are not aware of these monitoring devices, which use a small, wearable sensor and transmitter to measure and send real-time glucose values wirelessly to a smart device or receiver, that can now be paid for through Medicare. Dr. Grace has Type 1 diabetes he tell his story and also will provide important information about how treatment and reimbursements are changing.
