Our 2nd guest is Denise Yardley, MD, Senior Investigator, Breast Cancer Research Program, Sarah Cannon Research Institute at Tennessee Oncology. She  will be discussing : The Positive News that Continues to Emerge for Advanced Breast Cancer Patients.  Approximately 155,000 individuals in the US living are living with metastatic breast cancer. Up to 11% of new breast cancer cases are initially stage IV or metastatic. Nearly 30% of women initially diagnosed with early-stage disease will ultimately develop metastatic lesions, often months or even years later. Our last guest today is Dr. Patrick Lyden a world-renowned stroke expert who has made significant contributions to the investigation and management of clinical research in stroke. He will discuss today is the Fear of COVID-19 keeping Stroke Patients from calling 911 and going to the Hospital.

Over ten years ago, Dr. Lyden became Cedars-Sinai’s first chair of the Department of Neurology, which elevated the Stroke Program to a national leadership level. Dr. Lyden is the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Stroke Council Chair-elect. He has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, American Neurology Association, American Heart Association and the European Stroke Organization.
